Coconut

A large oval brown seed of a tropical palm, consisting of a hard woody husk surrounded by fibre, lined with edible white flesh and containing a clear liquid.
The white, semisolid fat or nearly colorless fatty oil extracted from coconuts produces coconut oil, or copra oil. It is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of mature coconuts. It has various applications. Because of its high saturated fat content, it is slow to oxidize and, thus, resistant to becoming rancid.
